Return Policy

CUSTOM CLOTHING

 

Marcello Bergamo Custom Clothing is made to order therefore we are not able to accept cancellations once the order has
been placed and manufacturing deposit has been made. Customers that cancel their order will forfeit their 50% deposit
and will be billed for the 50% balance, unless production has not yet commenced, as determined by Marcello Bergamo Australia.

Once design of the artwork has begun any design deposits paid are non-refundable.

All goods will remain property of Marcello Bergamo Australia until paid in full.

 

COLLECTION CLOTHING (NON CUSTOM ITEMS)

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please return to Marcello Bergamo Australia
within 30 days of receipt in ‘as new’ condition for a refund, or a like for like exchange.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products purchased directly from mbcustom.com.au. (Marcello Bergamo Australia).

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • All returns should be returned in ‘as new’ conditions, both unwashed and unworn with original tags still attached.
  • Items purchased online can be returned for refund via post
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded

 

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange
those products; subject to the following conditions

1. Items must be returned with 14 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
2. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original tags and labels attached.
3. Sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange

FAULTY

We strive to produce the highest quality garments however if you believe a garment is faulty please identify the fault to us
via email listed below within 30 days of receipt and we will process your claim. Upon acceptance of your claim we will require
you to return the garment and we will issue a replacement or refund. Goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition, unwashed
and unworn with original tags still attached.

EXCHANGE

Exchanges will only be made on a like for like basis, meaning a different size or colour of the same product.
